Furuno DFF1 Black Box Echosounder is a network sonar module that adds dual-frequency fishfinding capability to compatible NavNet systems. It combines selectable 600 W or 1 kW output with Furuno Digital Filter processing to present cleaner sonar returns across the water column.

The black-box format is useful where helm space is tight or when sonar data needs to be shared around a networked bridge. It is intended for operators who want dedicated echosounder performance without replacing the main display.
