Garmin GSD 24 Sonar Module is a black box sonar module for Garmin Marine Network installations, built to improve target separation, bottom tracking, and deep-water performance. It supports Dual-Frequency 50/200 kHz and depth capability up to up to 1,500 meters (approx. 5,000 ft).

In realistic scenarios, such as canyon fishing or deep-sea trolling, the ability to maintain bottom lock while traveling at cruising speeds is essential. This sonar module allows captains to map the terrain accurately, identifying thermoclines and underwater mounts where pelagic species like Tuna and Marlin are likely to congregate.

• Dual-Frequency Operation: Operating at discrete 50kHz and 200kHz frequencies, the system allows you to choose the best pulse for your current environment—higher frequencies for detail in the shallows and lower frequencies for reaching the deepest ocean floors.
