How do I place an order on nuryadimarine.com?

Do I need to create an account before ordering?

What currency is used on your website?
All prices on nuryadimarine.com are displayed in United States Dollar (USD). If your local currency is different, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion based on its own exchange rate and fees.

Do you store my credit card information?
No. Nuryadi Marine does not store full credit card information on its own servers. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Shipping and Delivery
Which countries do you currently ship to?
We currently accept eligible orders for shipping to Indonesia, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday. Our current order cut-off time is 11:00 AM (GMT+7), and standard handling time is typically 1–2 business days.
How long does delivery usually take?
For international orders, estimated transit time is typically 7–14 business days, with a total estimated delivery time of around 8–16 business days including processing. For domestic orders within Indonesia, estimated delivery time is typically 2–5 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment is completed. For eligible international orders, our current standard shipping rate is USD 90.00, and free shipping may apply to eligible orders above USD 500.00. Shipping options may vary depending on destination and product type.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and similar charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
What is your return window?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the purchase date stated on your invoice.
Do I need approval before returning an item?
Yes. All returns must be requested and approved in advance. Please do not send an item back without prior authorization from our team.
What condition must returned items be in?
Returned items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with included accessories, manuals, and components, unless otherwise approved.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to an incorrect item shipped, a damaged item on arrival, or a confirmed defect covered under our return policy, we may cover return shipping or provide instructions. For other approved returns, including change of mind or wrong item ordered, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
Is there a restocking fee?
For eligible non-defective returns, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to cover inspection and handling.
How long does a refund take?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, inspection may take up to 5 business days. If approved, the refund is typically processed within 5 business days after approval to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
