Ordering from Nuryadi Marine is straightforward and transparent. Please follow the steps below to place an order through nuryadimarine.com.

Website Currency

All prices displayed on nuryadimarine.com are listed in United States Dollar (USD).

If your local currency is different from USD, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may convert the transaction using its applicable exchange rate and may charge currency conversion or other related fees.

Browse our product categories and select the product you would like to purchase.

Please review the product title, specifications, price, availability, warranty information where applicable, and other product details before placing your order.

Step 2: Add Items to Cart

Click Add to Cart on the product page to add the selected item to your shopping cart.

You may continue shopping or proceed to your cart when you are ready to review your order.

Step 3: Review Your Cart

Review the products, quantities, prices, and subtotal shown in your cart.

You may update product quantities or remove items before proceeding to checkout.

Step 4: Proceed to Checkout

Click Proceed to Checkout and enter the requested billing and shipping information.

Please make sure all information is complete and accurate to help prevent payment verification issues, shipping delays, or delivery problems.

You may place an order as a guest or create an account where those options are available.

Step 5: Enter Shipping Information

Please provide accurate shipping information, including:

  • State, province, or region where applicable

  • Country

If a company or other business-related field appears during checkout, complete it only where applicable.

Step 6: Review Shipping

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed or automatically applied during checkout before payment is completed.

For international orders:

  • Orders below USD 500.00: USD 90.00 flat shipping rate.
  • Orders of USD 500.00 or more: Free shipping is automatically applied.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from Indonesia or directly from a supplier or fulfillment partner depending on the product, destination, and fulfillment requirements.

Step 7: Choose a Payment Method

We currently accept supported payment methods available during checkout, including:

Available payment options may vary depending on customer location and payment provider availability.

Payment information is processed through third-party payment service providers. Nuryadi Marine does not store full credit card numbers on its own website servers.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday.

  • Order cut-off time: 11:00 AM (GMT+7)
  • Standard handling time: 1–2 business days

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and carrier information.

International transit time is typically 7–14 business days, with an estimated total delivery time of approximately 8–16 business days, including order processing.

Actual delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier operations, remote delivery locations, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Approved return requests must generally be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
