Shipping Destinations

We currently accept eligible orders for shipping to the following countries:

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days only, from Monday to Friday.

  • Order cut-off time: 11:00 AM (GMT+7)
  • Handling time: 1–2 business days

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

International Orders

  • Estimated transit time: 7–14 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 8–16 business days, including order processing

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and product availability.

Domestic Orders (Indonesia)

Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically 2–5 business days, depending on the destination city and courier service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

International Shipping

  • Flat shipping rate: USD 90.00
  • Free shipping: Automatically applied to eligible orders above USD 500.00

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)

We may offer standard shipping options for domestic orders within Indonesia, subject to product size, destination, and courier availability.

To help ensure reliable delivery, we may use trusted logistics providers such as:

  • J&T Express

  • Other regional courier partners, where applicable

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact us at sales@nuryadimarine.com.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are:

  • Not included in the product price
  • Not included in the shipping fee unless explicitly stated at checkout
  • The responsibility of the customer

Delivery Delays

While we work to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather events, remote delivery areas, peak periods, or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

A shipment may be returned to us if:

  • The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • The customer refuses delivery
  • The shipment is not collected in time

If a package is returned for one of these reasons, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped. For international orders, a reshipping fee of USD 90.00 may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@nuryadimarine.com.

Please include your order number and, where applicable, clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
